Poster Presenter Form

Please read and complete this form carefully to confirm your presentation details for ADRF 2025.

Requirements

A1 size (59.4cm x 84.1cm)
Landscape orientation
Includes your contact details: full name and email address*

You will be responsible for adhering your poster to the poster board using velcro. Poster boards will be placed in the foyer areas, which will be busy during break times.

Once you have submitted your form and registered to attend the Forum, you will be allocated a day to present your poster.

Media Consent

I understand that The Australian Dementia Network may record my voice and/or presentation at the Australian Dementia Research Forum 2025 for archival purposes. These recordings may be shared publicly for marketing through online platforms (e.g., websites, social media, email). The Network may also retain and edit content you provide, such as photos and biographies, for publishing. Private information will not be shared, and no royalties or compensation will be provided.
